ID/USERNAME/ password: leave it Empty

Proceed To Advance Settings:
Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8

Alternate DNS: 8.8.4.4

Save them all, Select as Default Settings and Connect to the Internet.

4. Now a little more, open your browser use below IP and Port

IP: 10.71.170.5
Port: 8080

Then Save and Start Browsing The Net.
