For a long time now MTN has change her method of attainding to customer online.Today, i have discovered a new trick to go about it. below are the methods:
1. Dial 180 and listen to instructions that follows
2.Press the 2 key on your phone to goto the main menu,
3. After that, press * to go to the sim registration menu, then press 3 button on your phone to speak with online sim Registraon Representative, wait a minute and start chatting with one of the online Representative
