First of all to peform this, the below methods must applied:


(1) you must have two phones that is
java phone and one china phone

(2) Make sure that the prov you created is in .prov format

(3) Presence of blutooth ftp, if you dont have one, download it now

visit this site on your phone
XMLPROV and create your prov
select your country,the network type, after that, insert
example:
1. IP : 010.199.212.002
2. PORT:8080
After that click on GENERATE
Download the first prov file to your phone,after that send it to your
China phone and back to your phone.


OFFLINE PROV CREATION


To perform this offline with your Java phone you need the Application called S40 PROV CREATOR
download itS40 PROV CREATOR
